Charlie Burbidge

Accounts and Customer Services Manager

Charlie joined the practice in March 2007 as a full time receptionist, until having a daughter and now works part time with us, dealing with our credit control and insurance claims. She then joined our Management Team in September 2014.

Charlie has her NVQ level 2 and 3 in customer service, NVQ level 3 in retail, and she has attended various Veterinary Receptionist courses throughout her time in the practice. Most currently she has successfully completed a post graduate certificate in Veterinary Business Management.

She owns a beautiful tortie cat called Smudge and a rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Milo.
