The Nurses

Kelly Lane

Kelly started as a part-time receptionist here, and then joined as a Nurse in Sept 2006 and then became our Head Nurse in 2011.

Kelly has her: Level 2 first Diploma Animal Care
Level 3 National Diploma Animal management
NVQ Level 2 and 3 Veterinary Nursing.

She has a Jack Russell called Cyril, and two rabbits called Gavin & Stacey.

Cathy Fraser

Cathy joined the practice in 1998 and became a qualified nurse - RVN in 2004.

Cathy enjoys dog training. She owns Jasper, who is very old and now deaf but responds to various hand signals. Buddy - a cat, was brought into the surgery with a broken leg. He was in a road traffic accident and ended up with Cathy; and Mr G, a black cat; and Hayden a Chinese hamster. He used to live with his brother Charlie, but due to them fighting, Charlie now lives with our Vet Emma.

Keri Lambeth

Keri is a qualified Vet Nurse and clinical coach. She joined the practice in February 2000.

Keri qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2005
and qualified as an A1 assessor in 2008 which then changed to clinical coach in 2010.

She currently owns: 2 Border Collies, 2 Border Collie Crosses, 5 ferrets and 3 cats.

Donna Dean

Donna joined us here in Jan 2008, and qualified as a Vet Nurse in April the same year, gaining her NVQ2 and NVQ3 in Veterinary nursing.
Donna is an assessor/clinical coach
with an interest in anaesthesia and rabbits.
Donna has a Dutch rabbit called Rodney born in 2011.

Chloe Fletcher

Chloe joined the practice in April 2011. She is a Registered Vet Nurse having obtained her Fdsc in Veterinary Nursing at Nottingham Trent University.

She is particularly interested in Canine and Feline behaviour and training..

Chloe owns Tinker, a Border X Lakeland Terrier, and
Billy, a Patterdale Terrier.

Kelly Freeman

Kelly joined the practice in January 2007. She is an Animal nursing Assistant who has her
Level 2 Veterinary Nursing, and is currently studying for her Level 3.

Kelly's menagerie includes 3 cats Edie, Dennis and Mister Tom; Sam, a Patterdale, Jake, a Staffy, Zak, a GSD, 2 rabbits - Mitzy and Bailey; and Buddy, a Cockatiel.

Maxine Faye Treadwell

Maxine joined the practice in Sept 2008 and has recently started her VN training. She has her Diploma Certificate in Animal Care, her
Diploma in Veterinary Assistant
Level 2 National Certificate for Veterinary care assistants from The College of Animal Welfare and when
she qualifies, she wants to work in a referral veterinary practice where she can become a surgical nurse. She would also like to specialise in either cardiology or paediatrics, and then give lectures in that subject.

Maxine has four dogs - Wilkie, Ket, Deanna and Yogi.
