Always ring before going to the surgery - that way we can be prepared for you. Turning up at the surgery unannounced can lead to delays in getting your pet emergency treatment, particularly out of normal surgery hours.

For Repeat Prescriptions:

Please use: orders@woodward-vets.co.uk or fill out this repeat prescription online form

Please supply the following information:

  • Your name & address
  • Your pets name
  • The name and strength of each drug required, along with the dose rate
    (eg: prednisolone 5mg; 1 tablet twice daily)
  • The surgery that you want to collect from (Ashby or Woodville)
  • A contact number in case we need to discuss the prescription with you
Please note: it is a legal requirement that we can only supply prescriptions for animals that are "under our care", which means that we must have seen them in the past 6 months. If we have not seen your pet in the past 6 months then a presciption check up will be required before we can give you any more treatment.
For some conditions, this time interval may be less than 6 months.
